Mental Fatigue needs your attention mate !

What a beautiful day we had at BULLET HOLE WALL yesterday. Normally too hot to climb at Berowra in arvo. We spent all day while sprinkling from heaven. My muscles are aching still now.

I'm thinking to make some flat steps in front of Mental Fatigue and MFDS with stones as it has been eroded badly. Dangerous for blayers since the slippery slope is steepand has many roots exposed high from the ground.
Saw many useful big stones nearby.

The crag is not in NPWS area, according to the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service map below
a part of Berowra Valley Regional Park

This is after our work has been done.

Luv Handles

Grade 19/20. An easiest overhang in Cave of Soap area, Berowra.
Completed with a rest on rope.

After Luv Handles...
Although there are many holes, most of them are not useful as hand/finger hold.
It was fun as I couldn't remember which holes were right ones. Became desperate as I couldn't find them quick enough. You never know it by just looking, but you must put your finger(s) in and try it out.
This fun is available at outdoor only.

Aonang Aonang, Dam Cliffs

graded 20. It was too hard for me yesterday. It was a challenge after cleaning Sister Rosa graded 21 which was 22 in 2010 edition. Clipping the 1st FH was hard.

1st day at Wave Wall

Our 1st climb at Wave Wall was the easiest here called Jaws, grade 21.
Both of us made it at our 2nd shots.

Jaws was at most right of this wall.

Next one was called Split Wave, grade 23, second easiest here.

FYI, for further easy climbing like grade 21 are at neighboring crag called Dogs,Cats,&Apples Wall, follow Porters Pass track and cross the creek pictured below.

walk along down here before crossing the creek. Cross it by following arrow signage. Then soon you'll reach Dogs, Cats, & Apples Wall to climb.

Manuel at Bangor West

This is not named, starts right-hand side inside the cave which is left of Python, 4RB + anchor;DRB, but the DRB needs extender if you are setting top rope.
The bottom of 1st quick-draw opened and the rope came out of it as he went over the lip of the cave. I suddenly became the spotter from a belayer. better to use 2 quick-draws with opposite direction. We were lucky as he went on up this time.

Barrenjoey Headland

Go for cranking Cranky which is a boulder located right side up high.

Emilio said, "Easy."
"NOT!"

Still not easy at the 2nd attempt.

Manuel is cranking too.
